Job Summary

• Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
• Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and utmost respect.
• Maintains confidentiality and keeps abreast of regulatory changes, communicating them appropriately to staff.
