Perform detailed collateral analysis on all residential mortgage and real estate asset types and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, rating agencies, attorneys, and accountants.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, science, engineering or computer science
4+ years experience in ABS/RMBS structuring
Extensive prior experience with collateral analysis and cashflow modeling
Familiarity with transaction legal documents review and rating agency methodologies
Excellent Excel skills required, VBA coding experience a strong plus
Strong proficiency with Intex Calc as well as Dealmaker
Strong analytical and fixed income math skills
Strong independent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge Bloomberg, Corelogic, Trepp and other market data sources a plus
