  • You will work closely with Service Engineers to support their scheduling and administrative needs, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring tasks are managed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Responsibilities include scheduling engineering works, forward planning, managing quotations, invoicing, service agreements, and all aspects of customer information, with regular use of SAP.
