  • Develop and maintain a 10-year roadmap for equipment and software upgrades across all facilities, identifying project costs, operational benefits, and projected timing for expenses.
  • Coordinate working groups to conduct deep-dive brainstorming and analysis for key strategic challenges, serving as the primary facilitator for collaborative sessions.
