  • Responsible for managing daily critical standard operating procedures in the warehouse and distribution chain, key milestones, performance indicators, and ultimate results.
  • Oversee the entire logistics team, managing all warehouse, shipping, and transport activities, and develop and implement strategic measures to optimize warehouse and logistics processes.
