Job Summary
Provide first level maintenance and 24/7 Surveillance of Fixed Core, Transport and Access Networks including relevant OSS, Backend Systems, Ancillary facilities and Environmental support systems.
Performs 1st level troubleshooting of trouble tickets for outages and quality, investigating anomaly in HW/SW, Capacity, Configuration Issues and coordinates with Tier2 for 2nd level support.
Requires the flexibility to work diverse shift patterns within a 24/7 environment and has a high tolerance for stress and adversity.
