Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for providing global HR service center support, ensuring inquiries are managed according to service level agreements and policies.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for staff, managers, and local HR, processing HR transactions according to global processes and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge database, identify improvements in Tier 0 knowledge articles, and support managers and HR on Workday transactions.
