Oversee operations-related month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals for COGS, inventory, and fixed assets.
Strengthen internal controls and support audits for cost accounting processes, fixed asset governance, inventory controls, and segregation of duties across ERP.
Govern the fixed asset lifecycle, including project creation, capitalization criteria, useful lives, depreciation methods, and retirements/disposals.
