As an HVAC Technician – Refrigerant Systems & Controls at JLL, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing refrigerant-based HVAC systems that support the performance, reliability, and energy efficiency of our clients’ facilities.
This position focuses on hands-on service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of cooling equipment and associated building automation systems to ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
TDLR Class B HVAC license
3–5 years hands-on refrigerant HVAC experience
