Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, responsible for ensuring resident safety, and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect.
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the position regarding residents and employees and must keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate changes appropriately.
