Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for reporting all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to the appropriate directors promptly.
  • This role requires assisting residents with daily functions, personal care needs, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
