Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Essential duties include ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, reporting all accidents/incidents, and performing routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, facility, and equipment.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public.
