  • Serve as the quantitative thought partner to our executive leadership team, transforming complex workforce and organizational data into actionable insights that inform enterprise strategy.
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives that illuminate talent trends, organizational performance, and workforce dynamics—while partnering closely with Finance and occasionally Operations to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to the Board and Executive team, highlighting workforce performance drivers, emerging risks, and talent opportunities.
