Job Summary

• Create, own, manage and scale our debit and money management products for merchants and consumers, including our PayPal Debit Card (PPDC), PayPal Business Debit Mastercard (BDMC), money movement & funds in, including direct deposit.
• Drive the vision, roadmap and execution for our suite of products that help merchants and consumers purchase with debit, while realizing unique benefits such as cashback, rewards, advance payroll deposit, and payment flexibility.
• Lead and mentor a team of diverse product leaders and managers, fostering a culture of working customer back, putting people first, winning as a team, innovation, growth and excellence.
