Job Summary

• The Sr Sales Support Specialist provides support to the DTC Call Center staff and senior management through a variety of day-to-day activities, including guidance on processing applications and workflow issues.
• This position is responsible for end-to-end assessments that identify operational and regulatory risks, as well as operational process gaps, and assists in developing and maintaining related processes and policies.
