Job Summary
Drive the growth of the fragrance business across Asian markets by leading the development and execution of an impactful category-spanning fragrance strategy.
Collaborate with the Creative Team of Perfumers and FDMs in diverse projects for all product categories while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory departments.
Mentor and lead the regional FDM team to deliver innovative solutions and build a relevant fragrance collection that meets the specific needs of different Asian markets.
