Key Requirements

  • Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO) within 2 years
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) or Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) license
  • Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER) certification within 90 days
  • Stop the Bleed Certification within 1 year
  • Illinois 20-hour Basic Security Officer course for IL team members
  • Unarmed Guard License for North Carolina teammates
