You’ll be working within Merchant Solutions, as part of Business Banking (BB), supporting customers to operate and grow their business through innovative payment solutions.
Responsibilities include understanding eCommerce products, providing world-class customer support, managing risk activities, and handling support requests professionally.
The role offers a rotating roster between 7am to 7pm Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to work from home or any office around Australia.
