Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years professional hydrogeology experience
  • Regulatory-facing groundwater report production
  • Groundwater drilling and well installation oversight
  • Aquifer testing interpretation and hydraulic analysis
  • Senior-level technical authoring of reports

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with GoldSim, MODFLOW, or AquiferTest software
  • Experience in mining, oil & gas, or renewable energy sectors
  • Ability to work safely in remote northern climates
  • Strong proposal scoping and pricing capabilities
  • Mentoring and knowledge transfer to emerging staff

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in geoscience or engineering
  • Professional registration eligible or holding QP-track designation
  • Class 5 driver's license required
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
