Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state
  • Nurse Anesthetist certification (CRNA) from AANP
  • Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license for Wisconsin
  • DEA registration required
  • NRP and PALS certifications within 6 months if not already held
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months if not already held
