Key Requirements
Bachelors or graduate degree in Occupational Therapy
License to practice Occupational Therapy by the Texas Board
Certification in Basic Life Support
Occasional or frequent lifting up to 75-100 pounds
Prolonged standing, frequent walking, stooping and squatting
