Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 15 years of related experience
  • 10 years of direct or indirect management experience

  • Expert at identifying and clearly articulating capability plans
  • Ability to use data and inputs to conduct SWOT analyses
  • Experienced in designing and executing capability assessments
  • Execution skills and ability to deploy differing methodologies
  • Knowledge with Strat Planning and Annual Operating Plan
  • Knowledge of standard P&L metrics
