The Client Support Manager is responsible for developing strategic relationships and managing the overall program health for a defined portfolio of clients, gaining an intimate understanding of their programs, competitive landscape, and business goals.
Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert to defend revenue and support account growth, reviewing key reports and metrics, conducting client presentations, and ensuring first-order health for new clients.
The role offers a base salary range of $77,200 to $89,250 with bonus eligibility, and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and unlimited PTO.
