Base: 110,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: 10% annual salary bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Paid parental leave, Flex PTO

BricsCAD and AutoCAD 2023 proficiency
Database administration for Yorktown facility
Advanced understanding of building trades and systems
MEP, clean room, and facility infrastructure documentation
CAD file management systems

Key Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of professional AutoCAD experience
Expert proficiency in BricsCAD and AutoCAD 2023

Strong understanding of MEP systems
