Ensure all leads generated via WhatsApp are handled with speed, efficiency, and excellence by the dealership network and Customer Care, maximizing Contact Rate, service quality, NPS, and sales conversion.
Manage the complete lead journey (WhatsApp → CRM → sale), ensuring SLAs, service quality, and conversion.
Create and analyze dashboards and reports integrating WhatsApp, CRM, sales, and NPS, identifying opportunities for funnel improvement.
