  • Ensure all leads generated via WhatsApp are handled with speed, efficiency, and excellence by the dealership network and Customer Care, maximizing Contact Rate, service quality, NPS, and sales conversion.
  • Manage the complete lead journey (WhatsApp → CRM → sale), ensuring SLAs, service quality, and conversion.
  • Create and analyze dashboards and reports integrating WhatsApp, CRM, sales, and NPS, identifying opportunities for funnel improvement.
