• The Engineering Manager leads and directs managers and individual contributors across two teams responsible for safe, efficient, and consistent execution of product development operational activities across the full product lifecycle.
• Key responsibilities include workforce and capacity planning; operational execution and safety; facility oversight, compliance, repair, & maintenance; and continuous improvement.
• Compensation includes a summary pay range of $159,120.00 - $238,680.00, incentive bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
