You will support the design, validation, and implementation of scalable packaging systems for global automotive programs and lead cross-functional packaging initiatives across engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and suppliers.
The role supports continuous improvement initiatives and aligns packaging strategies with broader business goals to enhance operational efficiency and product success.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and 5 years of professional experience
7–10 years of hands-on experience in packaging design and implementation
2–3 years of experience in automotive logistics operations or in a supervisory/team lead role
Proficiency in PackAssistant or equivalent packaging simulation software
Strong understanding of returnable/expendable packaging systems, materials, and testing standards (ASTM, ISTA)
Familiarity with 3D modeling CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
