Job Summary

  • The Regional Sales Manager II (RSM) role is a sales leadership and account management role that will require clinical, business acumen and people development capabilities focused on growing our energy and endo-mechanical platforms (ASI).
  • Responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, conducting periodic field visits to develop their selling skills, and coaching them to achieve individual development plans.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • 5+ Years relevant business/leadership experience
  • 5+ years clinical sales/marketing experience
  • 2 years coaching/mentoring/training experience
  • 1-2 years direct leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
