Job Summary

  • You will have first-hand opportunities to be intimately involved in the transformation of care processes and contribute to the Hospital’s goals of achieving sustainable excellence.
  • Facilitate improvement projects using known improvement methodologies and ensure that projects are being driven to deliver value to patients and organisation.
  • Working closely with healthcare stakeholders to design and improve care processes across various care settings eg. primary care and care in the community.
