Job Summary
You will have first-hand opportunities to be intimately involved in the transformation of care processes and contribute to the Hospital’s goals of achieving sustainable excellence.
Facilitate improvement projects using known improvement methodologies and ensure that projects are being driven to deliver value to patients and organisation.
Working closely with healthcare stakeholders to design and improve care processes across various care settings eg. primary care and care in the community.
