Job Summary

• The Specialist directly supports International Program Managers (IPMs) and senior IFMC leadership in lifecycle management of FMS cases—from funding validation and documentation development through execution tracking and audit readiness.
• Responsibilities include supporting Letters of Request (LOR) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) processing, case line tracking, financial reconciliation, and coordination with U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), and partner nation representatives.
• The role requires strong analytical skills, situational awareness, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, contracting, budget, logistics, and security stakeholders in a fast-paced program environment.
