Job Summary

• This position is responsible for managing the food safety and quality risks of the designated Seafood product categories.
• Conducts vendor facility risk assessments both through reviewing documentation and by conducting on-site inspections for site approvals.
• This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus and benefits may include health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• B.S. in applicable field of science or commensurate degree
• PCQI/HACCP certified
• Auditor certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years Food Safety Quality experience
• 2 years experience in food manufacturing
• Working knowledge with FDA (FSMA) & USDA regulatory requirements
