Base: $185,000 - $215,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Corporate Bonus Program and equity; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), fertility treatment

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years industry or research experience
  • Deep hands-on ML model training experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch
  • Experience with MLOps tooling like MLflow
  • Solid understanding of modern NLP techniques

Nice-to-have

  • Master's or PhD degree preferred
  • Experience with computer vision or RL
  • Ability to prototype and productionize quickly
  • Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
