Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current standards.
You will participate in developing policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge strategies.
This role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels, delegating authority to Charge Nurses, and monitoring personnel performance to maintain quality care.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Nursing degree from accredited college or university
2 years or more experience in long-term care
