Job Summary
As a Study Advisor, you will provide general study guidance face-to-face, by phone, email, and through a case management system, as well as being available at the student services desk.
The role includes diverse office tasks such as assisting with academic introductory courses for Master's and Bachelor's levels, organizing guidance, and helping with Master's program selections.
You will work as part of a professional and pleasant study services expert team, with support from experienced colleagues and as part of a team of three part-time study advisors.
