Job Summary
Responsible for managing daily parking transactions and assisting customers at the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center.
Processes credit card payments and mobile passes via handheld devices and provides parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive.
Requires excellent customer service skills, computer or technology literacy, and the ability to pass a background check including a credit history report.
