Base: $101,600.00 - $152,400.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Tuition assistance

Must-have
Bachelor's degree with 4 years experience
Advanced Degree with 2 years experience
Process design and equipment selection
Statistical process control (SPC) and DOE
Process validation IQ/OQ/PQ compliance
Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Nice-to-have
Experience in medical device regulated environments
Strong background in automation and integration
Knowledge of plastics processing injection molding
Demonstrated success supporting NPI scale-up
Risk management FMEA and quality systems knowledge
Mentoring technical guidance skills
Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree with 4 years related experience OR Advanced Degree with 2 years
