Your Role in Events Event Planning & Execution - Support end-to-end execution of events from conceptualisation to onsite delivery - Assist in translating client briefs into practical concepts, run-of-show, and timelines - Provide onsite support, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate as necessary - Ensure events remain commercially viable and aligned with client agreements - Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management Event Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain event documentation, including: - Event briefs - Checklists and timelines - Floor plans and layouts - Staffing plans and schedules - Post-event reports and evaluations - Prepare post-event reports and insights - Maintain accurate event records, vendor information, and client requirements Client & Stakeholder Management - Liaise with clients to understand objectives, manage expectations, provide updates, and follow up on payments - Assist with client follow-ups and feedback collection - Follow up with clients on event payments, ensuring timely collection and resolution of payment issues Vendor & Partner Coordination - Coordinate with venues, vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution - Maintain professional vendor and partner relationships for competitive rates and reliable service Budget & Commercial Support - Assist in preparation of proposals, quotations, and event packages - Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and reporting variances Sales Support - Assist in sales pitches or client presentations - Provide operational input or clarifications Marketing Support - Participate in group videos, behind-th
