Job Summary
Responsible for serving as the health system lead in quality based regulatory reporting and recommending strategies to improve performance for overall outcomes and patient safety.
The position partners with other departments to align measurement strategies and assets and education to ensure all metrics are well defined and understood.
The Senior Consultant leverages knowledge of external quality-based programs, quality metrics, and internal reporting to educate all levels of staff and influence priorities and targets for improvement.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in health care administration, operational excellence, business administration or related field
8+ years of experience in a clinical setting
12 years preferred
Demonstrated expertise in health care quality, safety and/or performance improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance and coordinate numerous priorities
Competencies to lead and educate all levels of staff and leadership
