Job Summary
Conducts training for Regional Office staff on positive behavior support service provision and provides oversight as needed.
Provides supervision and direction to behavior specialist staff including updates related to DBHDD policies and procedures, review of work product assessments and recommendations, and tracking of productivity within assigned region.
Monitors delivery of positive behavior support services by developmental disability providers within the region to ensure compliance with state policies and standards.

Key Requirements

Specialized training in developmental disabilities
Bachelor's degree in health care services or related field
Three (3) years of professional managerial or supervisory experience in health care services
