Job Summary

  • Administer the design, development, and implementation of compensation programs, policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Conduct industry-related analysis and provide salary and pay grade recommendations, evaluating new and existing position classifications for compliance.
  • Play a key role within the Human Resources Compensation Team to administer and drive competitive compensation programs to attract, retain, and reward talent.
