• The Senior Production Analyst will support mortgage banking and structured finance professionals in the origination and execution of commercial real estate debt transactions, with a primary focus on multifamily properties.
• The role involves underwriting, financial modeling, lender engagement, marketing, and transaction execution for loans typically ranging from $20MM to $200MM across agency, life company, bank, and alternative lending platforms.

Key Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of multifamily valuation, capital markets, debt structures, and cash-flow analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365
• Exceptional organizational and project-management skills
• Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
