The Outage Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of outages within the SP Services APAC organization, driving outage planning, execution, and close out to ensure safe, high quality, and efficient field fulfilment.
This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to enforce Standard Work, apply best practices, and integrate lessons learned to deliver reliable results and achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive outage plans, managing site mobilization/demobilization, tracking performance across EHS, quality, cost, schedule, and productivity, and ensuring all required documentation is prepared and delivered.
