Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies or legal assistance AND two years of experience
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or Certificate in Paralegal Studies AND 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s or higher in paralegal studies, legal studies, criminal justice, or justice studies
  • Bachelor’s or higher in a non-legal field + Associate's or Certification in paralegal/legal studies
  • Valid AZ Driver's License at time of hire
  • Successfully complete a criminal background check
  • Pass drug and alcohol testing
