Key Requirements

  • Technical degree in HVAC or Electrical
  • 7+ years construction management/project engineering
  • Strong data management skills
  • Coordinate multiple project schedules
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Read drawings, schematics, blueprints
  • Knowledge of building/safety codes
  • Experience with hazardous locations/ESD
  • Experience with building automation systems
  • Knowledge of thermodynamic, electrical, mechanical systems
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Industry experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or hospital
  • PMP certification, HVAC license, Electrical/Master Gas license
  • Universal Technician Certification for CFCs
  • Experience using Corrigo CMMS
