Sumsub is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to transition their Sales and Customer Operations teams into a customized Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce migration and strong communication skills to enhance data handling and user experience

Job Summary

  • You will play a critical role in defining how our Sales and Customer Success teams interact with our data and operate daily to hit and exceed quotas.
  • Conduct interviews with client-facing teammembers to document “As-Is” vs. “To-Be” processes for lead triaging, opportunity management and account management.
