Must-have
Minimum 3 years property management experience
Commercial property portfolio management
Annual budget and capex program preparation
Lease documentation and rent review management
Strong communication and relationship building skills

Understanding of trust accounting policies
Experience with MRI property management database
Methodical approach to work with excellent prioritization
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
