  • Develop and implement the Medical Education strategy and annual Needs Assessment & Course Calendar by assessing customer training needs.
  • Partner with India Sales Management nationally to develop targeted strategies to execute field-based educational programs/activities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute high-quality technology-focused programs, in-person as well as digital for various HCPs involved in Ortho patient care.
