Job Summary

  • This role serves as the enterprise lead for associate experience data, survey measurement, and advanced analytics, owning both the science and the strategy behind how the firm measures, analyzes, and improves the employee experience.
  • The position requires a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related field along with 10–15+ years of experience in people analytics.
  • The total compensation includes base salary, potential additional compensation such as cash or equity, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings.
