  • Deliver profitable growth through effective risk selection; execute on rate, coverage and limits management strategies; drive targeted correction or remediation strategies as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 10 years Commercial Insurance experience
  • Advanced knowledge of US Financial Lines business
  • Commercial, goal-oriented approach
  • Strong influencing and communication skills

  • Ability to challenge strategy and effect change
  • Ability to work in dynamic, rapidly changing environment
