2+ years of commercial HVAC/equipment industry experience
2+ years NPI or product process design experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant engineering field
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software (Creo, UG)
Familiarity with NPI processes and quality tools (PFMEA, CP, SPC)
